The Blue Pearl staff are wonderful! Everyone there is so kind and compassionate. They made sure we were aware of everything that was going on with our kitten at every step. They explained things clearly and offered options for our situation.
Very customer centric, easy to talk to, asks about you and your pets concerns. Open to listening and hearing what you have to say. As well as willing to have you ask questions via email or phone call. The response back is very quick.
