The staff is welcoming, friendly, and very engaging with the residents. They treat them as family and love on them. The therapist are amazing and they definitely CARE about their patients. Patients seem well-cared for and happy, suggesting they are treated with respect, care, and dignity. Olympia Transitional Care & Rehabilitation is a place where patients can call home while they work towards recovery.
They are a great bunch of people taking great care of other people. I meanbwho doesn't want tgat right. Everyone is so polite and kind and always seem to be in a good mood. If you can pick this place.
I was visitor and found staff to be very helpful. The nutritionist aiding my sister in law was so pleasant and patient. The facility appeared to be very clean. My sister in law is a little hard to please but she seemed to be happy with her care.
Taking my dad out of his home was the most difficult things we had to do. The staff at Olympia Transitional Care & Rehab has been so welcoming and kind. They made my dad feel comfortable and the transition smooth. They have called me and met with me to ask questions and clarified my dad's needs, which has meant so much to us. My dad is receiving the best care and seems to be doing better than he was at home. Thank you so much to the staff for taking great care of my dad!
