Olympia Transitional Care and Rehabilitation

My husband injured both knees in a bad fall. OTCR was an option for recovery when he left the hospital. Initially we chose it because of their contract with the Veterans Admin. Our entire medical journey from Urgent Care to the ER, to the hospital floor, to Transitional Care was stressful, but the staff at OTCR was amazing. They stood out as universally kind, helpful, timely, and professional. In a week of care lights were answered promptly, requests were answered positively and there were no bad attitudes. We told several people they deserved a raise. For sure they earned our gratitude.

The staff were wonderful! So kind and professional. They included me in caring for my loved one. Accommodating, patient and willing. Very friendly. Cannot say enough. The staff are diligent workers. You have a strong staff. So appreciative of all of them!

Staff is great. My mom received excellent care. Requested a room change for unforeseen reasons and the staff made it happen. Attentive. Food is good. Good activities. PT/OT therapists are great. Rooms are a tad run down, but clean. Overall a good experience under the circumstances.
