Here at old leaf I’ve had two of the most amazing 90 minute massages with Kati. She is extremely intuitive and knows exactly what my body needed. I also experienced a float for the first time and I have to say I was skeptical at first, but I am so glad that I did it. I had a wonderful experience at Oly Float and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for deep relaxation. One tip I’d suggest is bringing your own meditative music — it really helps quiet the mind (unless you prefer the natural sounds of your own heartbeat and body). While it took me a little time to fully relax, once I did, every minute felt unhurried and restorative. The evening after my float, I felt more relaxed than I have in years, and I had one of the best nights of sleep in a long time. I’m already looking forward to my next visit.
