Northwest Resources has a medical staff that truly cares for the well being of their patients. The providers are great and listen, with the best doctor experience and a Primary Care that advises and sends pharmacy coupons. A counselor is wonderful, and the director and doctor provide a great experience. However, there's no confidentiality or privacy in the front of the building, and the receptionist and front staff are not as highly regarded. Overall, it's a refreshing place where staff are on top of things and help calm you down, making the trip worth it for future needs.
Kelli and Angel were both great. Angel is on top of things and will get things done efficiently. Kelli does not judge and actually listens to what you have to say. She knows you're going through a rough patch and helps calm you down. I highly recommend this place if you're in need of any of their services
There's no confidentiality or privacy in the front of the building. The medical providers have been great. I can't say the same about the receptionist and people working in the front.
It's refreshing to meet a medical staff that seems to truly care for the well being of their patients. From the director to the doctor, I had a great experience here at Northwest Resources. I drove over an hour to see these folks and will more than likely make the trip again for any future needs!
