After reading all the bad reviews about said receptionist, I'm very concerned about my appointment today. I changed my stars ✴️✴️✴️✴️✴️all! I was soooo HAPPY after my visit about my doctor. They have excellent staff & doctors here??
It may have been delayed by a couple of hours, but it's a medical procedure and bound to happen.Dr. Heaps area was absolutely phenomenal, though. From receptionist to the anesthesiologist to Dr. Heap. 10/5. Dont know where everyone else is going with bad ratings, but they were great for being as busy as they were.
I don’t know why this place has so many bad reviews. I’ve been extremely happy with them. Their practitioners are amazing! They are so caring and competent. Both my kid’s and my own healthcare team are top notch and I couldn’t be happier. Everyone there is so friendly. I got lost on my first visit and I ended up in some imaging storage area and two men in maintenance walked me to the right wing. The people at the front desk were extremely friendly as well. I am new here I’m so glad we made the switch.
