Massage Envy offers massage, skincare, and stretch services aimed at promoting overall well-being. Clients generally praise the quality of massage therapists, with many highlighting positive experiences. While the initial introductory price is considered fair, membership pricing for repeat visits can be seen as high by some. Booking appointments can be challenging, as the business tends to fill up quickly. Walk-ins are rarely accommodated, and scheduling online is not an option. Customers report long wait times, sometimes extending to two months or more, for available appointments, even with a membership. This can be frustrating for members who find their credits accruing faster than they can use them.
Customer service and masseuse was great! The introduction price was fair, the 2nd visit would have been a ridiculous price, so that is why I only give 4 stars. They really push the being a member.
I have had a membership here for about 7 months now and have enjoyed almost every experience I have had. Out of the 4 massage therapists I have had 3 of them have been amazing. The 4th wasn't bad she just used a hot towel without asking and I don't like heat. Ladies at the front counter are always nice and helpful. The only issue I have with this location is that they book full REALLY FAST!! So do not ever attempt to do a walk-in at this location. You will almost never get seen the same day.
Very difficult to schedule a massage. They are booked out months in advance. Which sucks for me because I have a membership (I got the membership when I lived in another state) that charges me whether I have massages or not. I did have a great massage with Martina, who I got lucky, had a cancellation, so I was able to use one of my accruing membership credits. However, when I went to book again with her she had no availability for at least two months. I didn't ask for later than two months. They don't use the Massage Envy app for booking, so you have to call in. Which isn't the end of the world, but one of the reasons I bought a membership was how consistent and convenient the process was. I wouldn't recommend getting a membership if you live in Olympia because your credits will accrue faster than you can use them, but if you get lucky and can get in with Martina for an nonmembership massage, go for it!
