Mario's crew did an exceptional job replacing the roof. They arrived at 7:20 AM, started removing the old shingles, replaced 14 worn out plywood, installed new shingles, got footings for the deck cover up to code and was finished by 5:00 PM. Impressive! They cleaned up the property and even came back to do another walk through with the magnetic sweeper. I highly recommend MAR Construction!
I prefer word of mouth referrals. Mar Construction had worked on other houses in the community and the neighbors were very happy with their work. They completed my roof replacement in one day, T protected the surroundings from debris, did a great job cleaning up and the roof looks great.
I was selling my house in Port Orchard and needed the roof replaced to address issues before going to market. Our timeline was accelerated and MAR Construction was recommended by our realtor Brenden, at BKTNW. They came out and assessed and addressed all of the issues at a reasonable cost, including replacing 7 skylights and 14 sheets of OSB where needed. The best part is that they would take the payment from escrow when the house sold ( on market 6 days till mutual ), so no up front cost to us. They brought in a double crew and replaced the roof in one day. Approximately 3000 sq ft rambler with garage, so no small undertaking. Great crew, great job, highly recommended...read full review
