The team, led by Bob and Matt, also expertly handled a challenging fungus infestation, restoring the home's front entry, living room, and den to like-new condition. Clients praise LeMier Construction's professionalism and ability to tackle even the most complex projects.
LeMier Construction oversaw my roof and gutter replacement and repairs. Their subcontractors did quality work. All was completed in a timely and efficient manner, with the contractor promptly available for any questions. I will use them again for other projects.

LeMier Construction did an extensive remodel/upgrade to our 78-year-old home. This included installation of a heat pump based HVAC system, adding a new 200-amp service to support the HVAC system, new attic insulation, and a complete remodel of the living space in the attic. LeMier also did many other upgrades during the project. Our house is very difficult to work with because the interior and exterior walls are concrete block.
