I like to think of Lauren Elle as my primary care provider- she heals and maintains my mind, body and soul. At only 26 years old I have experienced several accidents between being in car wrecks as well as being hit by a bus... Needless to say my body needs massage. It took me years of searching but I finally found her! I have searched high and low for a masseuse that can read my body the way that she does. Lauren always uses the exact amount of pressure that I need: not so much that it hurts but enough to feel a difference. She has given me skull massages, aromatherapy, Hot stone massages, shared techniques for self-care, and has mentored me through the last 2 years. I won't see anyone else and luckily, her flexible schedule makes it so I can see her as much as I'd like. She bills insurance and is a preferred provider for Regence which is a HUGE plus. Lauren is a kind and nurturing soul and I am truly lucky to benefit so regularly from her care.

I have known Lauren for more than 20 years as a professional therapist, she worked on me due a assault injury which occurred at my work place. Her intuitive nature, her open personality, her willingness to listen and expand her knowledge makes her the best massage therapist I have ever known! I had to move to NM 15 years ago and when I come back to visit, I ALWAYS get an appointment with her. I have not been able to find a massage therapist who can even come close to Lauren's skills, experience and knowledge! If you have a chance, introduce yourself to Lauren and her amazing massage skills. Do yourself a favor, do your body a favor and make an appointment NOW!

Excellent service! She connects with and reads your body's needs as you walk in. She has a "gift" of reading what's good/bad intake for your body. You definitely get that personalized service!
