Been on ideal protein plan for a bit. Love it. Tried red light therapy today for the first time and I will definitely do more! Chris is amazing to work with. Makes you feel right at home and at ease regardless of your insecurities.

The Ideal Protein program was a perfect way for me to eat the way I needed to to take a weight off, while maintaining a busy lifestyle. It helped me to have this system available so I didn’t have to learn quite so much about meal planning and shopping while holding down two jobs. After the first couple days of my body getting used to it, I felt quite good. I consistently met my weight loss targets without losing muscle.Having coaches to check in regularly, was really helpful, and this location is very pleasant for choosing foods and checking in every week to reinforce my good eating habits and learn more incrementally.

I have been using the red light therapy lights, and sticking to a 1000 calorie diet since March. I have lost 38 lbs and 27 inches overall. The staff at the Olympia facility are great, knowledgeable and so friendly.
