Outstanding communications. Responded immediately, scheduled pumping for next day. Then, same day quote for new septic cover. They could have come the next day but I wasn't available. Prices reasonable, techs amiable and even took away a VERY heavy and damaged old concrete cover. They cleaned up nicely after completing the job. Would give them higher than 5 rating if I could.

I have used Howdy Doody Service for my septic services for many years. They have always been a great value & great service! They also don't hesitate to provide advice of how to accomplish tasks that may be required that I can accomplish myself. They gave me advice on installing risers myself. They told me what to do & where to purchase them. This saved me thousands of dollars! Great company & great people!
