Great Northwest Towing is a business that offers various towing and roadside repair services for different types of vehicles. They are known for their friendly and understanding staff, with employees like Steven and Patrick who are quick to arrive, informative, and efficient. While there have been issues with the provided directions, customers have reported positive experiences overall, particularly during less than ideal situations. The professionalism and personable demeanor of the staff have led to high praise and recommendations for the service.
In late January, I experienced not 1, but two consecutive flat tires on I5 on a busy morning commute in a rental car. I did not love the service I received from the rental car company, but Ken and the entire process/team with Great Northwest Towing were incredible. They made sure I was safe and heard, and they helped me navigate the process of getting the tires fixed, getting the vehicle towed, and getting me safely to the rental facility to get a new vehicle. I cannot recommend them enough, and I hope Ken's employers know what an asset he is to the team.
Thru AAA, City Wide Towing was the company used to pick up my car. The person handling my call was friendly and I was kept informed of the driver's eta. at regular intervals. The driver (Steve) was on time, professional, quick, friendly, and a good driver, as backing into my sharp driveway off the road in a long tow truck without taking out the mailbox or driving in the ditch takes skill. I appreciate their quality of service and their equipment being in good shape as well. Thank you!
Hadd to have my pickup towed to the dealership where I bought it. When contacted by them, they kept me informed on their where about at all times. When they did arrive, the were very professional and friendly. They took extreme care when the prepped the pickup for towing to ensure no damage would happen. they had to lift the front end and also place dollies on the rear wheels as the transfer case appeared to be locked.
I would recommend this company for any towing or other types of work they do. I have full confidence in their work.
