Few service providers are as experienced as Crystal Air and none would go the extra mile as I had with Crystal's Brian. He stopped to help me "fix" a non-working SMART thermostat (I had just installed!) between his other scheduled appointments (and during his lunchtime). That's real old time first-rate service! So I am a customer for life now.

Talk about excellence in customer service...they have it dialed in. My moms furnace went out and needed to be replaced. Brian, Randy, and Caden came out and quickly made all the repairs necessary to get my moms house warm again. Their knowledge on here systems is amazing. Their people skills and the attitude of doing the right thing is so refreshing. Definitely will call them if I have any issues with my heating and cooling. Will definitely tell my friends.

My furnace wasn’t working properly and a different company told me I needed to replace it. I got a second opinion from Crystal Air and Brian figured out what was wrong within five minutes. He was honest and efficient and saved me $10k. VERY happy with him and this company and will HIGHLY recommend to anyone.
