Nate Aurich - regional sales rep for CertaPro - gave us a thorough walk-through of our exterior, and answered all of our questions. I told him I was getting other bids, and he was fine with that. He was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The other bid came in at 50% higher than CertaPro's, but I could not be sure they were going to provide an equivalent level of service, since their bid was rather vague (no mention on the bid of what paint would be used, and made no mention of the shed, which I'd specifically asked to be included). CertaPro did an outstanding job painting the exterior of our house. We kept a similar color scheme, but added new black accents. The painters were prompt, worked hard, had excellent attention to detail and did a great job cleaning up after themselves. We will have them come back this winter to paint the interior.
