We have been working with Capital Glass for over a year now. We had a large (26 window) home window replacement project. We selected a Milgard line with back frames. The estimate, installation and follow-up from Matt and his company has been very excellent. I’m thankful we selected them for the installation of the windows because the Milgard product has been disappointing in quality and time consuming from a customer service and warranty perspective. We had a number of issues with the windows requiring warranty action and only after Matt personally went up to Milgard in Tacoma, was anything remedied. I was referred to Capital Glass by a friend and based on my experience with them, I will gladly keep the referrals going! It was a pleasure to work with them. Everything was prompt, from first requesting a bid, to scheduling the installation and even when they hit a hiccup with the supplier, notified me of the issues and modified timeline. There wasn’t much of a delay and it only affected the slider and one specialty window so they installed the rest of the windows and were able to finish the rest of the job a couple weeks later.
