These Folks are awesome! They genuinely care. I was walked thru every minor difficulty that presented itself during set-up; which included the addition of extra capacity for information management (health clinic), All my issues were resolved prior to my start date for my business and I have had no interruptions in service since. In fact, they are calling me occasionally to check on how things are going. Truly Great Service!
They are always available when I need them, but the best part is that I don’t need them very often. Phone system is fantastic, customer service is even better! Ellie has been an amazing rep, always quick to respond and helpful!
