The tech was friendly and professional!!!! He answered all of our questions about our furnace issues. He took his time with us and actually showed us everything not just told us about what he found. He explained options and I felt he was very honest and upfront. He did not try to “sell” us any unnecessary parts or services. They also were very quick to schedule us an apt when our heat went out, and the lady who set our apt was also very professional and kind. We are very pleased with this company and highly recommend them.

Black Hills came out to fix a plugged sewer. The sewer was plugged because shrubs planted on top of the line grew through a break in the sewer line. They removed the plants, down to the pipes , replaced the broken pipe and put everything back. Throughout the process they kept us me informed about what, how and when things would happen.
