Been going for years seeing Jessica the owner. Always such a welcoming atmosphere. Every time I leave I love my hair. Jessica does amazing extensions that look so natural and give you the confidence you need!

Got the best highlights I've had in years from Jazzy, who stepped it up so I could get to an appointment on time - even after I got there late. Wanted to be more generous with my tip but had a little sticker shock from the price. Shock has worn off - everything is expensive these days - great hair is worth it though right?

I have been to this Salon and had Bailey and she is absolutely fabulous but it's difficult to get in with her because she is so busy and works three days a week., so I scheduled with Erin for a 4:30 appointment, leaving work early rushing to get there on time which I did. I was greeted by the receptionist and she said that Erin was running a little late, no biggie I understand. At 5:00 all the stylist had left including the receptionist again no big deal but Erin still had not approached me ( I was the only one waiting in the reception area) and she was the only stylist left working with a client. At 5:10 I was going to approach her and say " how much longer' but I didn't want her customer to feel awkward so I sat there. So at 5:15 I left, I figured 45 minutes was long enough to sit and wait and not even " hey I am sorry I am running late, do you want to reschedule or I will be with you in 5 minutes" nothing. Then I though oh she will call and apologize but nope not even that, they have my number as I got plenty of texts to remind me of my appointment time.
