Dr. Neely and the staff helped address both my chronic low back pain from an injury and my upper back/neck tension! You get exercises to do using an app with instructional videos and reminders. Excellent service.

The team at Airrosti helped me to get relief for my neck in just a few treatments by targeting the right muscles, and then showed me activities and stretches to get my own relief on an ongoing basis. They listen and ask great questions and I love that their practice is managed almost entirely digitally.
