My husband went there to get locks rekeyed. Jim came in to get some supplies from the shop. Jim stopped what he was about to do, helped my husband. Then he left, so obviously he put everything on hold to help out. Great customer service, professional, yet friendly. Handled the situation while my husband waited. Will do business with him again. Good prices.
