We had a great experience with Adair Homes. The process was smooth and transparent. Justin was very helpful. He took the time to answer all of our questions, kept us informed every step of the way, and made sure we felt confident in our decisions. Highly recommend Adair Homes if you’re looking for a team that truly cares about your build.
At Mud Bay Geotechnical Services, we've had the opportunity to work alongside Trinity and the Adair Homes team on a number of geotechnical projects, and it's always been a positive experience. Trinity and her team are friendly, professional, and easy to work with, and they genuinely care about doing things the right way. They communicate well, stay organized, and are always respectful of the engineering process, which makes collaboration smooth from start to finish. We can't recommend them enough!
Look at other home builders before adair. I know I wish I could go back on my home build personally. Only reason for a 5 star rating is so people can see this and take it into consideration. I would give Adair one star out of five. Lack of communication with adair and sub contractors install and order wrong fishing work.
