Tom took care of my laptop issue. It wouldn’t charge. I had a bad experience at a different shop and it was nice to have an honest answer with a solution that didn’t cost an arm and leg. I will recommend this place to anyone I know.

Very professional while at same time giving you personal attention. Listening to what your seeking to accomplish with the computer you purchase, no pushy upscaling sales pitch. Everything is handled in house so completely familiar with every aspect of the machine,internal/external, be it laptop/PC tower. The feeling of satisfaction is reassuring as you leave with a quality piece of technology for the right price with the invite if you have any questions or issues to please call or come back in, always happy to help..?.now you have a friend in the computer business ???️

Tom & Rhonda are wonderful. Taking the LSAT remotely, microphone stopped working during writing test,so it was rejected. Rhonda got it up and running within 5 minutes. Did proctor test, and it is ready to go. My stress immediately subsided when Tom says we got this. Thanks, Kim & Hunter
