I had placed two orders thinking I was purchasing from "local" florists. Both orders were cancelled. Desperately trying to find someone to deliver flowers, I found Derina. If only everyone had her kindness and excellent customer service! She was attentive and responsive to our needs. And able to make a delivery the same day - even when the order was placed at 1 pm. Offered to send me pictures of what she comes up with. An absolute gem and I would order from her again.
We were in a time crunch as my step daughter had a baby in mid afternoon, and no shop would take an order for the same day. I was fortunate to call Derina and she even sent me a photo of our bouquet. Beautiful! Thank you so much!
Purchased a bouquet from out of state, Derina picked up every call, delivered on a timely manner, the flowers are very beautiful and affordable. I truly enjoyed shopping here from Colorado. I highly recommend choosing this floral shop specifically.
