My daughter has been with Woodward's Taekwondo Academy since 2013 and it has been great for her to have the structure, discipline, and confidence. I also joined the summer of 2018 and I'm having the time of my life and have lost nearly 40lbs. I love this place and the people and I would definitely recommend it to anyone else!
