Wouldn't send my worst enemy there. Information was handed to them summer 2021, just got notified summer 2022 after taxes had been filed in March, a piece of key information was not there when we needed it and now we are facing probably penalties from our beloved IRS. if at the least interest owed.

They lost a document with social security number on it. So now we have to deal with a compromised number and protect against fraud. They admit no wrongdoing. If you value your confidential information do not use them!

Kathy was rude and curt with not only me, but with her staff while I was waiting to see her. No one sent me the promised email with what I was to bring. Kathy lacks any compassion, patience or understanding. I would NOT recommend this place
