The work performed was excellent. But the administration needs significant improvement.
My job was divided into 3 parts: the main house, the atrium skylights, and the shop. The order given to the workers was the main house but not the atrium and not the garage.
The main house contains the garage, and the atrium contains windows connected directly to the main house. This created confusion for me and for the workers. Terminology is important.
At the conclusion of the work I paid the workers in full by check made out to Reflection of Perfection. Two-days later I received a bill for the entire job! More confusion.
Reflection of Perfection performed a power washing service on the porch and back patio of my home. They arrived promptly, discussed the service and provided a high level of service. They also made sure everything was cleaned up before they left. The service was performed exactly as I requested and I would definitely hire them again.

Augie is very talented and thinks outside the box. Very knowledgeable about the structures and material he is cleaning and the best way to achieve the desired results.
