I went to Rachel’s for the first time and Rachel cut my hair into a pixie. It was fairly long prior and you can imagine it’s a bit daunting to do something that drastic. She did such an amazing job! My hair is very fine but I have a lot of it, it also has a natural wave. All things that I think make it more difficult to cut into a pixie, but it came out just perfect! I love my hair!!! Got my hair done by Rachel. She was really honest about what to expect since I have really dark hair and she helped me with deciding what color to go with and what would look good on me. Loved how my hair turned out!

Well.... I hate to write a bad review for such a nice person but I got the worst haircut of my life from Rachel and I will spend the next year at least trying to get it back to where it was before. I requested a trim and got a hack job that I can't describe. I don't even know how it could have gotten this bad in such just a few minutes but it really is the worst possible cut. My hair was healthy and strong and now looks fluffy and razor bladed now. Watch in the mirror and speak up!
