Our electricity suddenly shut off. We tried the breakers, but nothing would bring the electricity back on. The following morning, I searched the internet for local electricians in North Bend. I called several companies and left voicemails. Finally, the first company/person to answer their phone was George of Brookside Electric, North Bend. I explained what happened the night before as well as other electrical issues leading up to the final shut down. George with Brookside was AMAZING! From the moment I spoke with George, I could tell his customer service was above anyone else in the area! He was responsive, informative, and very helpful. He helped me understand the issue and what a resolution would be. Highly recommend!!!

I had issue with water heater and washer electric. George took my call and thou he was completely booked for 2 weeks, upon request he talked to me and help me on phone guiding how to fix. Great professional and humble person. He helped me on phone and now the issue is fixed. Saved me time and money. Thank you George!
