Was referred here from my doctor's office and they have been amazing! Came in with frozen shoulder and they worked with me, and incorporating equipment I already owned, into my treatment plan. Over the past six months I have gone from not being able to lift my arm to lifting weights. I could not be more grateful.
I experienced a torn rotator cuff about 2 years ago and got so bad thinking I would need a surgery as the pain got to a point where I couldn’t lift anything. Went to see Kintsugi per recommendation of my sports medicine doctor about 10 months ago. Worked with Jennifer Davis for about 3 months and had to leave out of state for a while but I continued my routine exercise daily and added a few more exercise that was still causing pain. I’m happy to say after 10 months of exercises Ive been pain free for a week now!! It was a slow process for me but I hanged in there.
Shoutout to Jen I am playing sports again and learned techniques on preventing future injuries.
Ann was an amazing Physical Therapist. I received excellent care and would recommend her to anyone who wants knowledgeable insight on recovery, strength training and personalized care.
