Sadly..... we had a carpet cleaning scheduled for today, 7/14/25 at 9am. No one showed up, no one took our calls, no one returned our calls. We were forced to start making phone calls to other companies to plead our case because we needed the carpets cleaned before tomorrow. A bummer deal for sure, especially after reading some nice reviews prior to setting up our own appointment.

Said he would be an hour late. After2 1/2 hours would not answer phone or respond to text. I canceled service call. This was Jason.
