I started getting my nails done Shannon in 2015 and saw her biweekly until I moved out of state in 2022 (minus a brief hiatus for cancer treatment). First, you won't find a more quality nail job anywhere else. Trust me, I've been searching for a nail person in Phoenix for the past two years. She takes pride in her work and always was able to find time to get me in to fix a broken nail (not her, I'm total ADHD heavy on the H). She's also just a wonderful kind person. She genuinely cares about her clients. And if you ask her very nicely she might just hand paint hearts on your nails.

Shannon is amazing! I've been coming to her for over a year now and now I drive over 30 minutes from Sandpoint to come see her because her quality cannot be matched! Best nail service in town, I highly recommend.

I want to warn you that if for any reason you have to reschedule or cancel with Shannon, you are out. She did not text me back when I tried to reschedule. However a year and a half ago, she changed my appointment and thought nothing of it!! So I really don't understand her reasoning and just letting you know she won't take you back once you cancel.
