This place is immaculate - no dust. Not a single dent in the wall or hole in a seat. There is no clutter - everything is organized. It’s the only salon I’ve been to that obviously cleans their crystal chandelier. I noticed that the nail techs have nice nails, too. All of this tells me they care and take their business very seriously.
I had a deluxe shellac pedicure. The price was on par with most salons. I will also say the massage was the best I’ve had that I can remember - one person did massage/clean up and the other did the shellac. I’ll be back, no complaints. went in for a simple gel manicure. The woman who helped me (seemed like the owner) came across a bit annoyed from the start, which made the experience a little uncomfortable. At first, I thought maybe I was overanalyzing, but the energy stayed off the whole time.
She pointed out that my previous manicure had been done poorly — fair enough, it had — and her work was fine. Not bad, not great. There was no use of lotion, oils, or any hand massage afterward, which surprised me, but maybe that’s just not something they do here.

My work schedule recently changed and I was looking to find a new nail salon. Very nice lady did my fill and shaped my nails perfectly. They were pretty insistent that I do shellac since it dries much quicker. Two days later the polish was chipping. I’ve never had shellac chip so much so quickly. Today I had a piece come off in a large piece. Definitely won’t do shellac if I go back.
