It was my first time coming here, and I showed one of the barbers a picture of what I wanted. She said that she could do it for me and I got a little bit nervous but she made me feel comfortable. The ending wasn’t like the picture but it still looked really good!

I've always been very happy with hair cuts at this location, but the stakes have been low: a little trim, freshening up the layers, etc. When I finally decided to cut my long hair short for the first time ever, I was fairly nervous. Hairdresser Charlene is a consummate professional. She took one look at the photo I brought with me and said: "We can do that!" She asked questions to make sure she knew exactly what I was looking for, and included me in the process every step of the way. QUICK, EASY, and EFFICIENT I started going to this Great Clips about 3 years ago and have really enjoyed the haircut process here...and I don't even like getting my hair cut. I was introduced to the mobile app by one of the stylists and it was a gamechanger. I simply schedule on the app, walk in when the app suggests, and within 3 minutes I'm in a chair getting my hair cut. For the haircut portion, I get the same thing every time and they already know what I want before a word has been said. I've always been happy with the haircut I receive, and my wife likes it when I get home...the most important part.
