Fatima malik is an amazing doctor. I took both of my children for annual well visit in last 3 months. She is polite, caring and super friendly. She also speak urdu which is a plus. I would rate this doctor 5 stars.

We take our 2 year old son here to see Dr. Chou. After we realized how bad Kiasers facilities were, we started taking him here around 6mo old. Yes, waiting for the doc has taken a little longer than expected occasionally, but Dr. Chou is worth the wait! As a matter of fact, all the pediatricians we have seen at the Everett Clinc/Optum have been excellent. It's a shame that people can't seem to be able to review the correct place on Google! This is not the walk-in clinic its PEDIATRICS!

If I could give it zero ⭐️ I would. I arrived here at 12:25 I was told it will be 2 hrs wait period which I agreed to wait. Finally I got called in at 1:50 saying they have room for me available. The MA came took vitals then I was left in the examination room for 1.20 minutes without any explanation. I overheard the doctor and staff talking about me thinking I had left when the doctor asked he couldn’t find me in the room.
