Amazing. Tremendous customer service the plumber/tech (Chase) that came to the house was early and professional. I needed a plumber because of an issue with the toilet after we had some tile work done. They were able to fix the problem and tell me why the issue had occurred. The company contact (JD) also when above and beyond they were willing to provide me with a written statement about the mistake the tile company had made regarding the plumbing in the house. I would recommend Stollwerck Plumbing and if I need a plumber in the future this is who I’m calling.
I don't write reviews often unless I feel taken care of, and J.D and his team ( including wife, Christina!) did just that. Christina led the call with empathy and helped direct me in the right direction to fix my giant problem. Dealing with insurance is a nightmare, and JD took the time to quite literally walk me through - with humor, I might add- every step of the process I'd need to do, ESPECIALLY things my own insurance didn't tell me to jump on immediately. They had a team out the next day, followed up and will continue to help as I work through this mitigation nightmare. I can't say enough good things! Thank you from this spent fire wife and Mom !!
