Jim and his crew were great to work with. We had an old clay sewer pipe from our house to the street, apx 60 feet, that needed to be lined. I received several bids and Sewer Solutions was the best price and scope of work. They kept me in the loop throughout the project. The crew at the site did a great job and kept the worksite clean. The project was completed on time and without any mishaps or additional costs.
These guys are great! They went above and beyond with customer service, timing and courtesy! I definitely recommend Sewer Solutions NW- Highly professional, competent, reliable and friendly service! We noticed an issue with water leaking out at a strong pace, turned out to be a problem with an underground pipe. It was Saturday after 5pm on a holiday weekend. Not only did they send someone out right away that night, to assess the issue and turn off the water, but they came back the next day on Sunday and completely fixed the problem. Thank you!
