Cathy does great work and really pays attention to proper pressure on the sore areas. When I leave her office I am always surprised that I don't feel more SORE. Massages in the past have always left me feeling a bit bruised, which was a fair side effect but I prefer her methods and the results cannot be denied. Combining her care with active stretching and other healthcare support has made a world of difference.

I have seen the owner, Chad, for several visits of cranial sacral therapy. I was referred to him by an eye doctor, but under his care I have been helped in so many other ways. I have seen multiple doctors and modality/providers, some of which have helped, but mostly kept me “ taped together”. Chad is humble... I can see him shaking his head at this...but I want to say the care I receive is on the spectrum of a miracle. A missing link at minimum. The therapy I receive is allowing my body to heal itself in a gentle and kind way. I’m so glad I was referred to him.

Sandra and Chad are great! Cash, credit or insurance accepted for easy pay options. Great medical or relaxation massages. A little tricky to locate due to long driveway, but worth the trip.
