After a couple of hours, i called around. I wasn't happy with the (put your credit card on file & we'll charge it when we're done). The next day, Surefire texted back & apologized for being out of town. I quickly canceled my other appointment & had them come out. Drew was so excited to see the bees in my yard. Almost like an excited little boy. It's obvious he's fascinated with bees! Even though he didn't find a nest, I wasn't charged. Unbelievable!!
