She took the time to understand my son's concerns and explain everything, leaving him feeling confident and happy. A good haircut can significantly impact self-esteem. I am so Thankful for her and Erick to get us in right away. We found our future barber shop.

Had just the best experience there today with my 16 month old. I somehow messed up the appointment and she got us in anyway with a smile, and it was so hard for me to have my son’s first haircut (my baby) but Nic was right there with me in the feelings and it helped so much! She does such a wonderful job on all my boys and I am so grateful she is here serving us in Mukilteo!
