I am very pleased with my floors. The guys arrived right on time and informed me it could be done in 1 day if they stayed late. I was delighted as I was expecting 3 days for completion. They worked hard all day and did a fabulous job! I would highly recommend this company. ?

The man and woman team assigned to our project were fantastic. They were very efficient with the flooring installation so we had extra boxes to return in the end. They worked really quickly and did an excellent job. They also left the job site really clean when they were done. I would definitely hire them again!

Modern Flooring Services was great! The estimate was broken out by room detailing not only the sq-ft of flooring, but also how many door frames needed trimming, and the footage of base molding to be removed, reinstalled, and caulked. It included furnature moving, and appliance remove and replace. Every line item had a cost associated with it so there was no confusion on the work that was being done, or the associated cost.
