Updated for 2025: Legacy One once again came through for us when our heat pump went out during the hot streak in July. They quickly diagnosed the issue, got us on the calendar ASAP, and provided great installation and service installing a new, must more efficient heat pump. The difference is amazing - we have been able to keep the house at a call 75 degrees on the 90 degree days with only the heat pump. Highly recommend again!

I had a fantastic experience with Legacy One. From the owner Karl who came out several times and answered all my questions on installation of a heat pump. Collin and Cameron who were incredibly professional and clean while doing the installation. I cant recommend them more.

Legacy One and everyone that works there rocks! I had a 30 year old furnace and heat pump that worked but was clearly on borrowed time. I had 3 companies come and bid the job. Karl, the owner, actually came out to bid it which I thought was awesome and showed they are a small, family owned business. I had several questions as this was a big investment and there is no shortage of options or companies to do the work. He responded to each of my questions via email every day and within a couple of hours. The "other guy" did not which cost them the job.
