Jeremy came out to perform maintenance on our 2 year old Geothermal Heat Pump which was also installed by Janes Radiant. His communication was excellent and professional. Jeremy showed up at the communicated time, was very knowledgeable of the system and explained what he was checking as he went through the system which I can appreciate as an Engineer. For anyone in the area looking to have quality work done on their Geothermal Heat Pump, I would strongly recommend.

I just had Jesse here for my very first maintenance or service check up since moving here in 2018. He was great. He initially explained in detail what he was going to do, how much it would cost depending on if anything needed replaced, and the reasons I should have it serviced annually. He also shared what I needed to be aware of in between general maintenance calls. I appreciated that he was thorough and took photos of the work he performed, parts he replaced and dated documents for Janes business files on my furnace system.
