Now that's customer service. He was on the phone with another client and asked if he could call me right back. About 5 minutes later Aaron called back and we got down to business. He took the time to listen to what I wanted and even offered to install the camera system we purchased through Costco. Since we couldn't find a good alarm system we just decided to buy from him. He got us scheduled quickly and was out when he said he would be. You can tell Aaron loves what he does, he is through and doesn't play around, he is all business. He got are systems installed within a couple of days. He took the time to train us properly and answered all the questions we had, which was a lot. This was a couple months ago now. I had a question today so I called Aaron back and again he answered right away and addressed my question and even gave us some other pointers on how to utilize the systems to there fullest extent.
