“We had a toilet gasket fail, and water was leaking everywhere. We got the water stopped, and then we called JRCC and they came out and helped us navigate the information transfer between our insurance adjuster and us. They did a fantastic job, and were super careful to not cause damage to anything in our home (by putting plastic down on the carpet) and they cleaned up after every days work so they weren't leaving us with a mess. The finish work is comparable of what you would expect in a custom trimmed out home. Which included the tile, the paint, the caulking. If we ever have another incident (crossed fingers we don't), we would definitely call JRCC and look forward to having a stress free fix with Dave, Bob, and Ricky“

“We had an issue at our property and I was really surprised and appreciative of how nice, calm and straightforward their tech - Luigi - was. He called when he got there, called again to let me know what his plan was and explained the pricing very clearly to me and then called when it was completed and gave me his assessment and what his suggestions were. We had/have roots in a line and I asked him if we'd need to redo the line and even when given the opportunity to upsell me on something that would be probably 10-15k (at least), he said he didn't think it was that bad yet and to try other things first. Not something I was expecting from a large company, so I really appreciated it and will be asking for Luigi the next time we need help!“

“After my insurance denied my claim of the root pushing in my basement wall, every construction outfit I called, once they found out insurance wouldn't cover it, never even bothered to come to give me a bid!!! I eventually called Mark, at Rescue Const, and I left a pathetic message, saying I needed to be Rescued. He called me back, same day, and showed up the next day to give me a bid. We agreed on a price and he repaired the wall, and did a great job. Mark and his crew were thorough, conscientious, and paid attention to details. Mark put down plastic in my yard to to put the dirt they had to excavate on top of, they cleaned up everything when they were done, and gave me a more than fair price. My wall is fixed, my basement is much better than it was, with some updates. I am so grateful to Mark, Christina, Jake and Hector for the expertise, and the work done.
