It is a testing center. The staff aren't particularly friendly but who cares really? Only complaint is that they sent an email saying to arrive at 6:30am minutes early for 7:00am test, but they weren't ready until 6:45am.
Honestly I had a really good experience. It was around noon on a weekday, so it was very calm. I got through security and started my test within 5 minutes. It was a quiet setting especially with the ear plugs I brought. The two ladies there were kind and thorough.
On February 1st, I took my exam at this Prometric center.
Overall, it was fine, though there were occasional delays waiting for staff to let us in. One time, when I was about to enter, I had to wait until they finished checking someone who was entering to the exam for the first time before they let me in, even though we were standing in line together. I feel like the staff could manage these situations better by prioritizing those who are already in the middle of their exam to avoid unnecessary delays.
