Mary the owner snd stylist is the absolute best I always and only get my hair done by her and won't let anyone else touch and ruin it ever again because I have had her bless me with the hair of my dreams for over 15 years and everytime I come I get exactly what I am wanting very affordable and fair prices great hours great staff beautiful salon they do walk ins but I would definitely call first to see that way you won't have to wait because her service and staff are so incredible she has many many happy customers who also only go to her salon to get there hair done so for your convenience I would just call there very nice and will work with you to get you in as quickly as possible and no matter what you are wanting done they will always accommodate you they are so kind and welcoming you feel like family from the second you walk in and you always walk out looking and feeling incredible and full of confidence high self esteem and completely satisfied Mary always goes above and beyond to make her customers happy and I will never go anywhere else also she has stayed late for me to get my hair finished many a time due to my schedule and hair color and type not being the easiest one quickest to do because I like it very different from my natural she is amazing 1000000/10 and the nicest people you will ever meet THANK YOU MARY FOR ALWAYS ACCOMIDATING AND TAKING CARE OF ME AND MY FAMILY LOVVE LOVE LOVE YOU GUYS GOD BLESS YOU AND ALL WHO COME HERE TO BE BLESSED BY YOU WITH INCREDIBLE HAIR IN JESUS MIGHTY NAME AMEN

Mary is incredible from th day I walked in wad treated like family all of her staff is very kind and considerate and Mary really makes you feel at home asking about your day and how you have been and how your family is she is so incredibly sweet and caring and no matter what you are looking for she will find a way to create your dream hair she is soooo affordable and has such a warm bright bubbly personality the salon is beautiful with plants and natural light from the large windows and it really seems like her positive energy brings alot of really wonderful people to her salon and it's pretty fun chatting with her and other salon customers everyone is just so nice and kind and welcoming 1 tip I would definitely have some pics on your phone picked out that she can reference for cuts or zoom into if your getting hair colored it just helps her to know what you are looking for and makes it that much quicker and easier and no matter what your happiness and approval and expectations being met seem to be her main priority no matter how different from your current hair you are wanting it to be done she is just such a fun and positive person to be around and really brings a bright and bubbly and nurturing energy to the salon I have been going to her for I'd say about 15 years when I was going to multiple salons after my hair stylist had moved and I was just wanting a very light color but it seemed like a bad dream trying to get them to understand what i wanted done and get them to get my hair right but it just didn't seem like anyone understood what I was actually looking for because they just wouldnt listen and it kept coming out wrong and usually be exactlybwhat i said i didnt want and then they would try to charge more when it didnt come out the way i wanted it due to there error not listening to me and just kind of rushing me and just saying yep yep ok ok it will come out beautiful then it would be exactly what i said i didnt want until I found Mary she was so kind friendly and welcoming and very easy to talk to and explain what I wanted and she even had magazines there I could look through to show her what I wanted because not everyone had cell phones at that point lol but she truly cared about my happiness and expectations being met and if it didn't come out how I wanted she would let me come back after the color had settled down as to not break my hair and she would always end up getting it exactly how I wanted it which was sometimes different sometimes the same as a past color but she was so easy going and nice and it was so nice to be able to feel like a valued customer(which no other hair stylist seemed to be able to treat us like which I don't think is even setting the bar all that high) but she made you feel heard understood and like your opinion and approval truly mattered and from that day on I can proudly say call her a very good friend and part of the family and I would never let anyone touch my hair again when it comes to getting it colored or cut AND she even styles it or let's you style it with any of her products and you truly come our of her salon feeling like a brand shiny new you full of confidence and feeling absolutely beautiful and full of joy ready to show off your newly polished self to the world and let me tell you having your hair done does really incredible things for your self esteem especially if it's been a while and your hair just isn't looking like you or matching your energy or your best self anymore. She is by far the most affordable and caring salon owner I have ever been too and I know many many clients who are also dye hard fans of her that won't let anyone else do there hair anymore either also she is so kind about working with your time frame to get you in as soon as possible but I know alot of people have found her over the years ans her popularity has grown so much due to her being so kind and caring and treating you like family and always making sure your expectations are met so there are quite alot of people that go to her but no matte

Had an amazing experience. I called on a whim after washing my hair because I was so tired of looking at my dead ends and they were able to get me on their schedule and give me a haircut. I had Linda who was very detailed and meticulous. Mary was cutting someone else’s hair and the vibe was very sweet and lovely! I got my hair cut shoulder length and with added layers and I love how it turned out! Good people and good haircuts!

Mary is a wonderful barber/hair stylist! I originally started looking for a barber that was close to me, affordable, knew what they were doing, and could offer me their personal recommendations for hair cuts/styling - Mary fit all those boxes!

She is also very professional, personal, and has great customer service. The first time I came, I was a walk in, and she still took me in even though it was close to closing. In fact, she stayed at least half an hour after closing, just for me!

Today was my second time, and she did not disappoint! I called ahead and booked an appointment same day, and Mary greeted me with a warm smile. I highly recommend!

I went to Pro Clips for the first time last week to get a haircut. I live in Bellevue so it was quite a drive for me to go to Mountlake Terrace, but it was a good reference from a friend of mine. When I came in to the hair salon, I met with hair specialist Mary. She was with a client so I waited. I saw how detailed she was in taking care of her client’s needs in regards to cut, shampoo and style. She applied the same kind of care, detail & precision to me as well when it was my turn. She’s very friendly & easy-going, also very knowledgeable of her craft, I could tell she’s been in the industry for a long time. My hair was very long & heavy looking and she just gave it some layers to lighten the load & frame my face. Whether it’s a walk-in or an appointment, there are several other hair specialists there too and you will definitely be taken care of in a timely manner! The prices are good, especially for the care and attention you’re getting to tend to your grooming needs. The staff are all friendly and the hair salon felt open & inviting. It was an overall nice experience & I will definitely be coming back!
