Pain Free Move Well

So glad I have found Pain Free Move Well. I have been receiving care the past 3 months and I am already feeling better. For massages I see Lisa who is a gem of a human and has provided such relief. She is very knowledgeable and can put that into practice.

I also started seeing Dr. Groves for chiropractic help and aside from adjustments he also provides a care plan with exercise, stretches, etc.

Jordan, the receptionist, is super kind and makes sure I get all the info I need for my appointments and took care of the insurance side. This has been a one stop shop - I have no complaints. Definitely recommend.

The entire team here is amazing. I see both the chiropractor and massage therapist and I would recommend them to anyone! They are both very knowledgable, kind, and professional. I always leave here feeling better than when I came in. The reception at the front desk is also extremely helpful/organized, she always welcomes me into the office with a smile! I received outstanding care from Dr. Groves for my spinal nerve compression. He quickly identified the cause of my sensory and motor symptoms and provided exercises and treatments tailored to specific issues while taking into consideration my age and ability. His ongoing treatment, along with his well-equipped clinic designed with patient comfort in mind, has made all the difference.
