I paid $13.24 for one single house key - I probably won't use a kiosk like this again. The three star rating is simply because I received a key and it works in my lock.

Marketing 101: if sales are dipping (and they may be great, I don't know - but if people aren't using the kiosks as much as the company would like) - reduce the cost and go for quantity of users; rather than higher cost and fewer users. Works every time.

Used them before and never had a problem. This time, however, not the same. The key works sometimes, but not always. Perhaps I didn't put the key in right. I will use them again based on prior experience.

My keys were created and shipped promptly. The only issue is that the keys didn't seem finished; they still had bits of metal attached that I had to remove, and they are a bit jagged. They also don't fit the lock 100%, but I suspect that's because I didn't insert the key far enough into the machine. Overall, I wouldn't use this for my everyday key, but it's good enough for spares. Plus I really like that my keys look like Darth Vader.
