From the moment I walked in yesterday for my routine cleaning, friendliness and professionalism followed me. Whether it was Penny at the front desk or Kaitlin as a hygienist or Dr. Marlett, the level of care, compassion and thoroughness was phenomenal. We have been patients since the way-back days of Dr. Hunger - a wonderful man. Every DDS at this practice ever since Dr. Hunger has represented him well with professional and courteous care. I have an expensive mouth (bad genetics I guess) but every staff member here has worked with us to understand the and manage pain, schedule and (ugh) financial pain.
My regular dentist was on vacation when I lost a huge filling. A friend recommended Dr. Jagow and even though I was nervous, she quickly put my fears to rest. The filling had to be replaced with a crown and amazingly, she used the latest technology to measure, design and mill the crown in her office right then. She listened to my concerns and was careful to tell me everything she was doing as she prepped the tooth. What a positive experience!
