I’ve been getting massages here for at least two years. Theresa is amazing! So kind and helpful. Katy at the front desk is also great! Grateful to be able to go here :)

I started seeing Trudi during my 16th week of pregnancy and almost every week after that. She has helped to make my pregnancy easier with less pain and I cannot thank her enough for that. She is so passionate and knowledgeable about what she does and it was a joy to see her every week. Katy at the front desk is also incredible and so friendly and kind. She made everything regarding using my insurance a breeze. I highly recommend Evergreen for prenatal wellness and I will be back for postnatal!

Very nice massage therapists and receptionist, so far I'm very happy with them so far and hoping to make this my regular spot for massages. ☺️

I had a very painful prenatal massage here. I tried to tell the masseuse to use less pressure, but she was not responsive and she seemed flustered and unprofessional even though she was certified in prenatal massage. I ended up leaving in so much more pain, which lasted about a week.

I don't know what to rate this business. It's taken 6 months to schedule an appointment and then when trying to schedule I was told I wasn't a good fit because the receptionist apparently thought I was using a tone of voice she did my like. When I tried to rectify the situation I was told she could ban me from the spa and hung up on. I tore to call back, but I got no response. I'm very upset, because I tried to get the appointment made and was denied because the receptionist did my want to accept my attempt to rectify her perceived attitude from me. This unwillingness to have a discourse was very upsetting and hurtful,

Used a spa finder gift card from my husband for Christmas to book this much needed massage (I'm 5.5 mo postpartum). When I arrived the receptionist said the spa finder card was missing one digit from the pin number that I booked online. But that it was fine, she would figure it out and I should go ahead with my massage. The actual massage was good, but when I got out of my massage the receptionist says I have to still pay for my massage because I need the physical gift cards to redeem the massage. I already redeemed them online to book the massage! She admitted someone from Evergreen was supposed to reach out to me and let me know there was an issue but they never did. And I told her I already redeemed online but she said I had to have the cards with me to actually redeem?? Which makes no sense at all? I didn't have the physical cards with me and I don't understand why they need the physical cards when I already redeemed them. So she said they would give me a "discounted" massage ($10, gee thanks). I tipped the therapist for the full amount of course because it wasn't her fault but I left feeling upset and swindled that I already used $100 worth of gift cards to pay for the massage and ended up paying an additional $85 for the massage plus a $20 tip. Left feeling not relaxed at all, the total opposite feeling I was hoping to achieve. Terrible customer service and will never come back here again.

I go here for back pain from 3 surgeries. The building is clean, welcoming and easy to find! All the staff I have met are very nice too!
